Misty has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of operations, claims administration, client relations and client retention. She learned these skills while working directly with the Executive Teams of former companies. Misty has overseen the daily operation of all companies, improving
organizational performance by enhancing business operation systems and organizational procedures. This is done while ensuring the flow of information inside and outside the company, management strategy/planning, business process and business growth. She has managed all lines of in-house staff adjusters, remote staff, outside 1099 adjusters, administrative staff, and client relations. Misty has managed daily claim processes and reporting for property, casualty, workers compensation and CAT claims and adjusters. She’s been responsible for the organization and structure of CAT adjusters and their reporting during Hurricane Katrina, working with over 500 adjusters on more than 5000 claims. Throughout her career, Misty has been at the forefront of operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative and reporting procedures, business development and client relations.
