- On-site safety walk-through visit to address medical concerns and / or annual exam testing requirements.

- Pre-employment and / or annual physical requirements per job descriptions.
- Interpretation of Functional capacity evaluation (FCE).
- A licensed physical or occupational therapist performs a functional capacity evaluation to determine current musculoskeletal status and functional capabilities. Work capacity should be based on reliable and valid FCE results.
